Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Alokick Studios collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. Alokick Studios is a post-production studio based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. You can reach us about anything in this notice at alok@alokickstudios.com.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name and email address, and anything else you choose to add: company or platform, phone or WhatsApp number, the services and languages you need, scope and your message.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver this site and protect it from abuse. When you send the form, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a check to confirm a person is sending it.
- Videos. Our films play from YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play, and the player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once a video plays, YouTube (Google) handles that viewing under its own privacy policy.
- Visit statistics. If enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a plan or quote, or consider you for our vendor network.
- To keep the website and the form secure and free of spam.
We process contact-form data because you give it to us when you send the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop using and delete the data unless we must keep it by law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. It is handled by service providers that run this website and our email on our behalf, mainly Cloudflare and our email provider. We share it with others only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, and for no more than 24 months after our last conversation unless a contract or the law requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct, complete or update it, or to erase it. You can also raise a complaint with us. Email alok@alokickstudios.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical signals to run its security check.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
